Moore’s Rescue Ranch and the Kitty Crib are completely volunteer-run and always in search of new people who are interested in lending a helping hand.
Outreach
Volunteering with Moore’s Rescue Ranch comes in many shapes and forms. From fostering rescue animals, to tabling at local events, volunteers are essential to the success of Moore’s Rescue.

Fostering
Fostering allows the adoptable animals to move out of our adoption facilities and into homes prior to adoption. It is a very important and impactful way of volunteering that is essential to our operations.
Moore’s pays all for veterinary care of our animals in foster homes.
Kitty Care
Taking care of the cats at the Kitty Crib is an every day task that requires a group effort!
- feeding cats
- emptying litter boxes
- cleaning possible cat accidents
- playing with cats
- emptying trash cans
Kitty Crib Hosting
Hosting at the Kitty Crib is a more social-facing volunteer position.
- admitting guests to the Kitty Crib
- handling money
- operating electronic payment programs
- ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all guests and cats
